Activation process

1. Before you register, you are made aware that you must activate your user in order to view and bid on tasks. You are also made aware that you can try the platform for 7 days for DKK 0. 

2. When you have to choose a plan, it is elaborated what the different plans contain. There are 3 plans to choose from, but the plan that is predetermined is the STARTER plan, so you do not risk signing up for a plan that is above your budget. It is also pointed out that you must terminate the STARTER plan within 7 days if you do not wish to continue on the LITE plan. At the same time, the rules for the termination terms of the STARTER plan, etc. are announced.

3. Before you complete your activation, it is made clear again that you must cancel the STARTER plan within 7 days if you do not want to switch to the LITE plan. At the same time, the terms of the STARTER plan are stated again. In addition to this, there are links to ours Privacy policy og Terms of trade, which you can read and which you must accept before activation goes through.

4. After point 3, the order has been reviewed. Here is a pop-up where you are again made aware of the above information. In addition to this, you will receive information about how the money will be withdrawn, as well as a link to our support email and our terms and conditions.
