How to get started

Taask is a market platform where you can find relevant tasks that you can bid on and win. With the help of Taask, you can quickly fill your calendar with tasks within your particular subject. The tasks can either be in addition to the tasks you already have, or you can fill the calendar with tasks from the marketplace if you are a start-up company. Taask is thus an obvious opportunity to easily and quickly get your name out among new customers and increase your turnover.

You can create yourself via website or via this link. If you have not had a free user before, you will get a free period of 7 days. Once the 7 days have expired, you will automatically be transferred to our LITE package if you have not terminated the service within the 7 days.

  • STARTER Packages: DKK 0 for 3 bids without binding (if you cancel within 7 days).
  • LITE packages: DKK 795 for 10 bids per month with a 6-month commitment. 
  • GOLD packages: DKK 2995 for 999 bids per month, 2 super bids with 6 months commitment and unlimited online support.

If you want a tailor-made solution that suits you, you can always contact us at support@taask.net, before switching to the LITE package. Then together we can try to create a solution that suits you and your company. Remember to write: "Tailor-made solution" in the headline.

As a Partner at Taask, you pay a fixed small amount per month when the free period ends. In return, we make sure that there are always tasks that you can bid on. You choose which tasks you want to bid on, and if you win a task, we do not take any percentages. You agree completely with the customer what the price should be and when the task should be performed.

This is most likely due to an incorrect password. This is possible to reset here under “Forgot your password?”.

It can also be due to the fact that you are both a partner and have set up a task yourself as a private user. In that case, please contact us at support@taask.net.

Payment

We withdraw money once a month via Supplier Service. This is prepaid.

You will only be deducted money if you have chosen the GOLD package or have switched to the LITE package. You will automatically switch to the LITE package if you have not canceled the free period within the 7 days. Within the 7 days, we will notify you to cancel the subscription via our terms at least 4 times. The conditions appear on the registration, in the basket when the purchase is completed and on a subsequent email from Taask. It is then your own responsibility to terminate the service if you do not wish to continue.

We offer 7 days for free, so you can try the service. You will then switch to our LITE package if you have not terminated the agreement. Our business model works in this way, as it costs us between DKK 100-1000 to generate an assignment, and it is therefore not free for us to offer you a trial period. However, we do not want to “catch” you in a service you do not want to use, and therefore offer you the trial period. After that, it is your own responsibility to cancel your subscription within the 7 days if you do not wish to continue.

At Taask, we do not want to take a percentage of the money you earn on a task, as this could potentially mean that a very large part of the revenue you would otherwise get in ends up with us. Instead, we want the money you earn to be your money. In return, we charge a small amount each month to be able to maintain the large range of tasks and to constantly improve the service. That way, the amount you pay each month will just be a small expense, as opposed to you e.g. paid 20% of a won task to us.

Should you discover too late that you forgot to cancel the trial period, you can always contact us at support@taask.net, then together we can try to find an agreement. But remember, it is your own responsibility to cancel the subscription in time.


termination

All terminations must be sent by email to: support@taask.net. The termination is valid from the second the email is received in our inbox, and will generally be answered within 48 hours. On the LITE and GOLD package, there is an ongoing month + 1 month notice. This is also stated in trade conditions.
